Product Innovation & Delivery:
I’ve worked closely with product and engineering teams to bring new products to market and evolve existing platforms. This includes shaping product strategy, translating vision into roadmaps, and supporting teams through execution—while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and organizational realities. Much of this work involved operating in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments where clarity and sequencing matter. -
Product Operations & Organizational Enablement:
A significant portion of my work has focused on building the operating systems that allow product organizations to scale. This includes establishing product operations functions, defining standards and metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting leaders with the structures needed to align strategy, execution, and outcomes across teams. -
Agile & Lean Transformation:
I’ve led and supported large-scale transformations from project-centric delivery models to product-oriented, customer-focused ways of working. This work has included organizational design, coaching leaders and teams, defining adoption roadmaps, and implementing lean, framework-agnostic practices that prioritize outcomes over ceremony. -
Complex Program & Portfolio Leadership:
I’ve delivered multi-team, multi-year initiatives across enterprise environments, often serving as the connective tissue between business, technology, and executive stakeholders. This work involved portfolio planning, intake and prioritization, dependency management, and creating governance models that improve predictability without slowing teams down. -
Enterprise Platforms & Systems Integration:
My background includes leading and supporting large enterprise platform initiatives—such as HR, CRM, ERP, and service management systems along with the processes and integrations that surround them. The focus has consistently been on adoption, operational impact, and long-term sustainability rather than just technical implementation. -
Enterprise Platforms & Systems Integration:
More recently, my work has increasingly involved using data, tooling, and automation to reduce friction in operational workflows. This includes identifying repeatable pain points, introducing automation where it adds real leverage, and ensuring changes are understandable, maintainable, and trusted by the teams using them.
